Fit Logs is a local-first workout logging app. Your workouts, exercises, and progress data stay on your device. We do not operate a backend server, require an account, or collect personal data for this app.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data. Fit Logs does not transmit your workout data to Orbituit AI or any third-party service.

All information you enter (exercises, sets, weights, reps, dates, and related workout history) is stored locally in a SQLite database on your phone or tablet.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following locally to provide its features:

• Workout logs and exercise history
• Exercise catalog and custom entries
• Progress and calendar data derived from your logs

This data remains on your device unless you choose to export it or uninstall the app.

Import and export

Fit Logs lets you import and export backups compatible with the FitNotes .fitnotes format. These actions use your device's system file picker and share sheet. You choose which files to open or where to save exports. The app does not upload those files to our servers.

Accounts and sign-in

Fit Logs does not offer user accounts, sign-in, or cloud sync. There is no registration flow and no password or identity data is collected.

Analytics and third parties

The current version of Fit Logs does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting. If optional diagnostics are added in a future release, they would only run after your explicit consent and this policy would be updated.

Children

Fit Logs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it within the app, replace it via import, or uninstall Fit Logs. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data from your device subject to your operating system's behavior.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
